The wirescape pictured is part of a high voltage electric power transmission grid. Normally a power transmission grid consists of large towers, lines, and substations. A replacement underground power transmission system as pictured below would beautify these communities. I develop projects where real estate value exceeds infrastructure conversion costs or aesthetic demand results in funding at no cost to the power system owner or rate payers .
